An analysis is made of the rotational motion of a three-axis satellite with respect to its mass center under the assumption that this center is located at the L4 triangular libration point in the restricted circular three-body problem. The basic parameters of intermediate motion of the rapidly rotating satellite are determined, and it is noted that the rapid-rotation regime can be considered as a source of possible steady motions.
