The daytime formation of electron density profiles in the lower F-region in conditions of ionizational-recombination equilibrium (IRE) is considered. For the IRE region, a relationship between electron density and the relative concentration of O(+) ions is obtained in the form of a function of invariant profiles whose characteristic points are determined by heliogeophysical conditions. The relationship has the form of a convolution of all electron density profiles in this region. Data of two empirical models of electron density are considered by way of illustration.
