A lower bound for the photino mass as a function of the spin-zero fermion superpartner mas is derived as an extension of the calculation of Lee and Weinberg (1977). The Majorana nature of the photino induces a p-wave threshold for annihilation of photinos into light fermions, and leads to a rather unexpected form for the bound. For light fermion masses from about 25 to about 45 GeV, the lower bound on photino mass equals 1.8 GeV and about equals the tau mass. For light fermion masses above 45 GeV, the lower bound on the photino mass increses approximately linearly with the light fermion mass to a value of 20 GeV when the mass of the light fermion equals 100 GeV.
