According to the post-Newtonian approximation, the PPN effects of the variation of the orbital elements caused by the rotation of the celestial body have been obtained. The effects have some common characteristics, that is, the orbital elements a, e, i and M and have no secular perturbations, but ω and Ω have secular perturbations. The effects do not cause any long-periodic perturbations to all the orbital elements, but they cause short-periodic perturbations.
