The phase space of states of the relative motion of a spacecraft in the
proximity of an orbital station in circular orbit is examined. Possible
types of relative motion trajectories are determined, using control
methods analogous to inertial and orbital guidance techniques. The power
requirements of the control methods are evaluated.
