The existence of human beings to measure the ratio nB/nγ necessarily imposes severe bounds on it: 10-11 ~ O((me/MPlanck)1/2)<=nB/nγ<=O(α2)~10-4. Then in a large class of grand unified theories the existence of six flavours becomes un unavoidable necessity.
