Results are given of the distribution in height of radio echoes from meteor trains at a frequency of 1.93 MHz. The variations with height of their decay time constants and their durations are also shown. A comparison is made between wind measurements made with these echoes and with a meteor wind system operating on a frequency of 27 MHz at a nearby site.
