Universal, sidereal and ephemeris time are discussed. The systems of computation for these times are determined. Transformation formulas are presented from one astronomical time to another and from one computation system to another. The subprogram complex TIME, described in this work, is a part of a system of programs in the Fortran language designed to perform navigational calculations on the BESM-6 and ES Ryad computers.
