O'Hara; (2) Moonwatch Observations of the Fall of Satellite 1957 Beta One, by E. P. Bullis and L. Campbell, Jr.; (3) A Precision Measurement of the Brightness of Satellite 1957 Alpha One, by G. S. Hawkins; and (4) Note on the Mass-Area Rations of the U.S.S.R. Satellites, by G. F. Schilling and J. S. Rinehart. The following papers pertaining to the US satellites are included: (1) Moonwatch Catalogue, by E. P. Bullis and L. Campbell, Jr.; (2) The Acceleration of Satellites 1958 Alpha and Gamma, by C. A. Whitney; (3) The Secular Perturbations and the Orbital Acceleration of Satellite 1958 Beta Two, by L. G. Jacchia; and (4) Improvements in the Prediction Program for Crossings of Given Latitude Parallels, by R. M. Adams. The following papers are also given: (1) Densities of the Upper Atmosphere Derived from Satellite Observations, by G. F. Schilling and T. E.
