In triangular diagrams showing the ratios of vanadium to cobalt to
nickel, regular variation trends are found. Magmatic rocks, and stony
meteorites occupy characteristic fields. The diagrams should be of use
as a guide to future investigators of chemical variation in geochemical
and cosmochemical processes.
