NO excitation spectra, involving Rydberg states O'2Π¯ (v = 0,1) and H'2Π¯ (v = 1-3), were studied using two-photon excitation. The 111 vib-rot level energy was determined from the excitation spectra. According to this vib-rot level, the NO molecular constants were calculated by minimum-variance, linear, unbiased set. Laser-induced fluorescence spectra of NO from various vibrational level of H'2Π¯, O'2Π¯ states were also investigated by selective excitation. The channel of fluorescence emission from H'2Π¯ state was determined.
