It is shown, on the basis of an analysis of the updated data for the Ar-37 atom production rate at the Homestake station for the period 1970-1990, that the solar neutrino flux varies with time in proportion to the solar wind flux. The analysis by Basu (1982) indicating that there is a significant relationship between solar neutrino and solar particles is thus confirmed.
