Data for October 1991 is given for solar active regions, sudden ionospheric disturbances, solar radio spectral observations, cosmic ray measurements by neutron monitor, and geomagnetic indices. Late data is given on cosmic ray measurements by neutron monitor and geomagnetic indices.
