In this paper we report the results of abundance determinations in the atmosphere of the mild-barium star zeta Cyg. The spectrum of this star was obtained with the 2-m telescope of the Terskol Observatory. The spectral resolution was near 80 000, the wavelength range was from 349.5 to 1000 nm. We used the newest atomic data and the spectrum synthesis method. It permitted us to find the abundances of 51 elements in the atmosphere of zeta Cyg.
