The origin of C, N, Si isotope anomalies in the carbonaceous SiC phase grains, which are the bearers of the Ne-E(L) and Ne-E(H) neon isotope anomalies in all primitive chondrites, was investigated. It is shown that variations in the C and N isotopes in the carbonaceous phase are caused by high inhomogeneity of the grains containing the Ne-E phase-carriers. These grains contain the relics of the following nuclear processes: (1) the quasi-equilibrium CNO cycle at the stage of H combustion; (2) the 3(He-4) to C-12 conversion reactions; (3) the (alpha, gamma) and (n,p) reactions in C-12 and N-14 nuclei; (4) the s-process at different levels of T and rho(n); and (5) the O-16(O-16, alpha)Si-28 reactions at the red-giant stage. According to the theory of nucleosynthesis, such nuclear reactions proceed at different stages of evolution of second-generation massive stars.
