The design and capabilities of Titan IV vehicles are described. The
first stage of Titan IV is 7.9 ft and the second stage is 1.8 ft,
thereby increasing the propellant volume by 15 pct. Consideration is
given to the nose fairing, payload capacity, launch capability, and
guidance systems of the Titan IV vehicles.
