The photometric data presented in this paper were obtained on 2009 June 25 (for TrES-2) and 2009 August 10 (for TrES-3) with the 10.4-m Gran Telescopio Canarias (GTC), located at the Observatorio del Roque de los Muchachos, on the island of La Palma. We observed the targets with the OSIRIS tunable filter imager, which has two 2048x4096 pixel CCDs that provide a field of view of approximately 7.8x7.8arcmin2. We obtained near-simultaneous observations in two near-infrared, narrow passbands (790.2 and 794.4nm).
