In this paper we provide extensive tables of the coefficients that are needed in the calculation of the second-order moments of the polarization profiles of hydrogen lines. We cover all the transitions up to the level n=50, which is enough for many astrophysical applications. We also provide formulae which allow the calculation of the line and oscillator strengths and of the Einstein coefficients for the tabulated transitions. (1 data file).
