A preliminary scheme for time-frequency transfer via optical fiber-TV
channel, is introduced, the determination of the delay for the
closed-loop is described, and a new method to realize two-way time
transfer by Subcarrier Multiplex (SCM) system with spread-spectrum
technique is discussed in this paper.
