Scientific paper

This paper describes an adaptive detector that makes it possible to improve the angular resolution of a telescope by means of compensation of the total wavefront inclination by movable plane mirrors as well as by compensation of the local wavefront distortions within the telescope aperture by means of a flexible mirror. Correction of the surface shape of the flexible mirror is done with sixteen drives.
