We analyzed the GRB energy spectra obtained from the fluence values reported in the BATSE catalog, averaging the data over contiguous HR ranges. When submitted to this type of analysis, these GRB spectra show a continuous evolution with the spectral hardness, that can be represented as a shift of the E2 (power emitted per keV, that can be fitted with a synchrotron law) versus higher values of the maximum emission energy. For the highest values of the spectral hardness considered range we found an indication of power excess at the lowest energies (25-50 keV) suggesting the presence of a secondary maximum of emission. .
