The TeV gamma-rays from SN1987A repoted by the JANZOS collaboration may be evidence of particle shock acceleration by the collision of the supernova ejecta with circumstellar matter cloud. The acceleration of particles by the shock wave and their conversion into gamma-rays are studied in the framework of a model which explains the soft X-ray flare of SN1987A in January 1988 observed by the Ginga satellite. Cosmic ray protons could be accelerated up to ~30 TeV and the total cosmic ray energy of ~ 24 x 10(46) could account for the TeV gamma-rays reported by the JANZOS collaboration.
