In the bounds of gravidynamics (GD) based on the so-called Einstein's 'linearized' equation and proceeding from generaal principles of the theory of classical fields, a theorem was formulated on the static gravitational field of a collapsar. It is shown that, although the situation of the collapsar in GD somewhat resembles the situation of BH in general relativity (GR), the collapsar properties in GD must differ from the properties of 'black holes' in GR.
