Calculations of Rosseland mean opacities in terms of hydrogen particle units are presented for solar type atmospheres. The sources of opacities under consideration include H(-), HI, H2(-), H2(+), He I, He II, C I, C II, C III, N I, N II, N III, O I, O II, Na I, Mg II, Al I, Al II, Si II, Cl I, K I, and Ca II in the absorption form. H I, He I, C I, N I, O I, and H2 were used as sources for Rayleigh scattering, and free electrons were studied in the form of Thomson scattering.
