Data from observations with a three channel, high speed photometer used from May-June 1980, and in January 1981, to observe six maxima of the ultrashort period Cepheid variable EH Librae were combined with available photoelectric observations of the last 30 yr to study the nature of the periodic changes. A relation was devised to fit the times of maxima. A period of 17.1 yr was assumed for the modulation of phases of maximum luminance by binary motion, and it is analytically shown that the semiamplitude of the orbital radial velocity variations and the mass function are 1/600,000 solar masses.
