A generalized theory for dust-acoustic Mach cones in a magnetized dusty plasma has been introduced. The roles of ion gyroradius ρi and short wavelength (in comparison with ρi) dust-acoustic waves (DAWs) in the formation of Mach cones in a magnetized dusty plasma of Saturn's rings are examined. It is shown that the effects of ion gyroradius, magnetic field strength at the equatorial plane, ion temperature, dust size, and dust charge play significant roles in the formation of Mach cones by short wavelength DAWs in Saturn's rings.
