Consideration is given to the relationship between the radiation characteristics of solar cosmic rays (SCRs) observed in cycles nos. 20 and 21 and the structure of the coronal magnetic field. A dependence of the temporal and spectral characteristics of SCR events on flare solar-coordinates with allowance for coronal propagation is obtained. It is shown that the solar-longitude dependence of the radiation characteristics of SCRs can be explained in the framework of a coronal-propagation model and is determined by the structure of the photospheric magnetic field and the location of the source of the sun-earth line of force relative to the injection source.
