The general model obtained is the aggregate of partial models, for which the variations of the properties with depth were calculated, as well as their dependence on temperature, and the influence of roughness. The error in the values of the parameters obtained is not less than 20 25%. It is hardly possible to make the qualitative data more exact, immediately producing a theory of radiation of a complete model allowing for all the factors. The number of parameters and their mutual interaction does not permit a significant increase in the accuracy of the results. It is only possible to ensure that the general model corresponds to all the initial facts. When the Moon is investigated directly by instruments on its surface, fresh data will be amassed. Just one comparison of the results obtained by various methods will allow many important conclusions to be drawn. Only the whole research complex will provide more reliable information about the Moon, and in particular, about the properties of its surface. In conclusion, I express my thanks to A. B. Burov for his assistance in writing this survey.
