High Energy Electrons, Inner Radiation Belt, Magnetically Trapped Particles, Decay, Energy Spectra, Magnetic Anomalies, Particle Production

The mechanism responsible for electrons with an energy exceeding 100 MeV
in the inner radiation belt is investigated on the basis of an
energy-spectrum analysis. It is shown that these electrons are a product
of pi-mu-e decay.
