The angular motions of the "Prognoz-9" satellite have been investigated from data of the star sensor "Oreol-1". The main results are: (1) the satellite has always positive angular acceleration; (2) the angular velocity breaks sometimes; (3) the angular acceleration breaks sometimes; (4) the existence of periodic oscillations of the rotation axis of the satellite is supposed.
