Modulation of Jovian decametric S-emission by ultralow-frequency magnetohydrodynamic waves have been supposed by many investigators. The moire on S-train background and the bands of S-bursts are considered in terms of this hypothesis. The Alfven velocity and the electron number density are estimated in the region of decametric radio sources. Our results are consistent with the radio occultation data.
