GHRS observations of BD+28degrees 4211 since 13 Jan 1992 show that the
sensitivity of the GHRS is stable to within 3.6% or better and that the
variations seen are consistent with throughput variations due to focus
changes and minor centering errors. A plot of the sensitivity over this
time is provided with indication of focus changes in the OTA.
