Action of electromagnetic radiation on nonspherical dust particles is discussed. It is stressed that the radiation pressure coefficientQ PR cannot be considered to be a scalar quantity, as it is used in all calculations for dynamical studies of interplanetary dust particles. Also the equation =
(A - area of the particle) holds only for perfectly absorbing convex dust particle (Q PR = 1) and not even one of these two properties holds for interplanetary dust particles. Plane mirror is discussed in detail - all calculations can be done in this simple case.
