It is shown, that account of selection effects, possibly connected with the triggering conditions of Gamma-Ray Bursts (GRBs) registration lead to deviations from the 3/2 law in the uniformly distributed sample of GRBs. Formulas are suggested that give a good fit for the observed samples of GRBs by KONUS and BATSE experiments. Geminga is suggested as an attractive source for bursts monitoring observations in the optical, X-ray and soft gamma region.
