Ultraluminous infrared Galaxies(ULIRGs) are the most luminous active galaxies. The evolutionary relation with optically-selected quasars(optical-QSOs) are suggested so far. From our recent study of ULIRGs observed with ASCA, however, we found some evidences which suggest a connection between ULIRGs and narrow-line quasars (NLQSOs) rather than optical-QSOs, and the relation between ULIRGs and QSOs are yet unclear. Hence, in order to reveal the nature and the evolution of AGN in ULIRGs, we propose Chandra observations to serach for missing link between these objects.
