The anisotropic diffusion-convection equation is solved analytically by the dimensional method for the solar cosmic ray in the uniform and unbounded interplanetary medium. With reference to the space and ground data and by application of Jokipii's diffusion coefficients derived from the interplanetary magnetic power spectrum, the main propagation characteristics of solar particles above medium energy are discussed briefly, and in addition the problem of propagation correction is also examined.
