An analysis is made of the effect of unipolar-induction electric fields on the orbital motion of particles in the Saturn rings, and their orientation and interaction. It is shown that for particles several microns in size electric forces predominate over gravitational forces. Elongated particles tend to be located along the radius vector of the orbit, and radially oriented chains can arise, consisting of dozens of attached particles. Electric forces are found to hinder the formation of chains extended along the orbit.
