A statistical analysis of the heliolatitudinal recurrence of the solar wind is performed. The results demonstrate that the dependence of the solar-wind velocity correlation period on heliolatitude is consistent with concepts of differential solar rotation and that solar-wind streams participate in the differential rotation of the sun. It is shown that interplanetary scintillation provides a possible means for studying solar-wind recurrence at high heliolatitudes, which are not well accessible for other methods.
