The amount of baryons detected at z=0 is only about 20% of that detected at z~3, or calculated from the standard big-bang nucleosynthesis. This missing baryon problem is now one of the most important topics in cosmology. Recent simulations predict that most of the baryons in the present Universe reside in a warm-hot intergalactic medium (WHIM) with temperatures of 10**5-7K, associated with clusters of galaxies. At AO-2, we proposed an observation of a quasar behind the Virgo to detect oxygen absorption lines due to the WHIM associated with the cluster. We marginally detected a redshifted OVIII absorption line. However, the exposure time was not long enough, and the confidence level of the absorption line was 96.4%. Hence, we resubmit this proposal to confirm the absorption line with 5sigma confidence.
