Collapse of relic neutrinos is investigated numerically under the
condition of spherical symmetry. Infall of neutrinos produces an
envelope with ρ(r) ∝ r-2.2, in good agreement with a
density profile expected of a galactic halo. Comparison of the results
with a mass model of our Galaxy leads to mν ≅ 30 eV.
