We present a model for cosmological inflation at the Planck time in the context of simple (N = 1) supergravity. The model uses only one gauge singlet chiral superfield and requires non-renormalizable terms at least up to sixth order in the superpotential. Inflation itself imposes no serious constraints on any of the parameters in the model. In addition this model is capable of producing scale independent density fluctuations δϱ/ϱ ~ O(10-4).
