The Radar Software Toolkit has been developed over many years in support of the SuperDARN program at APL. It provides a a feature rich programming infrastructure for working with ITM data and provides the backend support for the SuperDARN web site. The software has recently been applied to develop the websites for the SuperMAG and AMPERE programs. The ability to re-use the code allowed these projects to quickly develop their data centers.
