It is shown that if the resonant behavior characteristics of the vacuum polarization in a magnetic field is considered, the gamma-quanta trajectories invoked in the modern theory of pulsars are bent in the direction of the magnetic field provided that (1) the latter is sufficiently intense, and (2) electron-positron pair creation is suppressed. The application of these modifications to the process of gamma-quanta capture in the magnetospheres of pulsars leads to the proposition of a quantitative theory which explains the radiation spectra of NP0532 and the Crab Nebula, which cannot be accounted for by the existing theory.
