Scientific paper

The paper analyzes the dynamics of formation of the solar cosmic ray (SCR) spectrum at the earth and examines SCR spectrum features in the source. It is shown that an exponential representation in terms of rigidities of the SCR spectrum at the earth is a convenient approximation, whose accuracy depends on the width of the interval under consideration. Theoretical results are confirmed by data on the flare of September 28, 1961.
