Recently many exploration plans on Moon and the planets, especially on the precise geodetic measurement of them are going on. There the time and frequency standard technique will play the important role. Also the relativistic effects on the propagation of signal from such far objects is necessary for keeping the required accuracy. Here we discuss on such relativistic effects needed in the geodesy of Moon and Mars.
