The paper examines the restricted problem of the translational-rotational motion of an axisymmetric satellite of a triaxial planet in the presence of double resonance between the rotation of the planet, the orbital motion of the satellite, and the rotational motion of the satellite. Steady state solutions of the averaged equations in some particular cases of motion are investigated.
