Plasma and dust are key ingredients of our universe, prompting a
revision of stationary equilibria of self-gravitating dusty plasmas. We
review plane-parallel and spherically symmetric stationary
configurations without flows. Indications about possible perturbations
connect the inhomogeneity and Jeans scale lengths.
