Scientific paper

The present paper deals with the problem of calculating canonical
action-angle variables for an equatorial satellite of an axisymmetric
planet. The problem of preserving conditionally-periodic motions of the
satellite is studied on the basis of Kolmogorov's (1954) theorem, making
use of equations of perturbed motion, written in a novel form.
