Deep Impact, Comet 9P/Tempel1, Roque De Los Muchachos Observatory

Scientific paper

The Roque de Los Muchachos Observatory (ORM) played a substantial role
in the Deep Impact campaign. Several telescopes were used to follow up
comet 9P/Tempel1 before the impact and the five largest telescopes of
the ORM were used simultaneously to track the impact itself in an
unprecedented way.
