We have observed the INTEGRAL/BAT NLS1 galaxy SWIFT J2127.4+5654 with Suzaku in 2007. Our observation revealed the unambigous presence of a broad iron (Fe) line from the accretion disc in this very bright source. The Suzaku observation allowed us to measure via Fe line diagnostics a black hole spin a~0.6. However, constraints are not yet very precise and, with the proposed observation, we aim at entering the precision era for BH spin measuremments. Moreover, tentative line profile was observed during the Suzaku observation. Our proposed 130~ks exposure with XMM-Newton will be used to reveal the line variability and its response (or lack of it) to the continuum variation.
